Take the RICE framework as an example. Everyone has heard of it, but to use it well we believe you need to score on a logarithmic scale, to capture orders of magnitude, and treat it as a degree of certainty exercise as discovery progresses. This captures our approach: this isn’t about off the shelf templates, or entry level theory, but how to deploy complex frameworks and concepts.
Our goal is always to cut through the noise, demystify the framework, make it useful, but crucially, to assume that every product leader is a future senior – and to take a senior perspective as a result. We start from familiar concepts, and scale up to complex leadership topics such as AI maturity.
