This is a project to guide you through building a simple, repeatable workflow for summarizing your weekly meeting notes.

By the end you'll have a meeting summarizer in Claude Code that updates you on takeaways and to dos
You'll master giving Claude file access, and creating effective CLAUDE.md (instruction) files
The concepts covered are:
- Filing: giving Claude access to files
- Instruction files: making effective CLAUDE.md files and iterating them
The teaching materials include
- Instructions: step by step actions to take
- Video walkthroughs: coaching and commentary, plus a step by step guide you can follow
The videos contain the majority of the teaching information, so do watch them to get the most out of the project.

The ways of working will be applicable to other terminal or IDE interfaces.
We'll build our meeting summarizer in three stages:
- Default: Get a result with no customized instructions
- Instruction file added: Add a claude.md file and see the difference
- Iterate instructions: Trial different meeting variants to ensure it works reliably
- [Optional] other things to try: goals files, slash commands, other file types
Use real meeting notes if you have them.
It makes the whole exercise more useful and you'll care more about the output.
